EH Studios is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Email us at ehstudio253@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, we will process the new item once the original is received and inspected. Exchange shipping is covered by the customer.
Sale Items
All items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
